From MVP to End-to-End Retained Technical Partnership

The Challenge

Initially, Integra Robotics was an early-stage hardware startup that simply needed a digital presence to showcase their complex robotic solutions. However, as their physical hardware scaled, their software requirements exploded. They suddenly needed secure internal tools, financial tracking, and cloud infrastructure to handle robotic telemetry data, but lacked the resources to build an in-house engineering department.

The Architecture & Solution

Rather than executing one-off projects, we integrated with them as their fractional CTO and dedicated DevOps team under a continuous Monthly Retainer Model.

• Public Infrastructure: Upgraded their initial landing page to a highly performant Next.js SSG (Static Site Generation) platform backed by a Headless CMS, allowing their marketing team to update product specs instantly.
• Internal ERP & Finance Tools: Built secure, bespoke internal dashboards using the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). We implemented complex data visualization utilizing D3.js to track supply chain metrics and burn rates in real-time.
• IoT Telemetry Pipelines: Architected secure RESTful API endpoints and WebSocket connections to ingest, sanitize, and store high-frequency telemetry data transmitted from their active robotic units in the field.

The Business Impact

Over the last 1.5 years, we have built and maintained their entire digital ecosystem. By utilizing our retained agile pod, Integra Robotics has saved an estimated ₹65L+ in technical recruiting, salaries, and operational overhead. We provide them with continuous CI/CD deployments and rapid iterative development, allowing their core team to focus 100% on physical robotics engineering while we seamlessly govern their software architecture.
